Things move fast, and you will learn a lot of new stuff in a relatively short period of time. Compensation is well above peer Internet companies if you are able to deliver really good work.

Projects are not well planned. A lot of waste of resources on useless or redundant projects.
Your performance is evaluated against other colleagues in your team. If everybody works hard, it needs some luck and takes a lot of extra effort to not be evaluated as an "under-performer".
Three questions: two LeetCode hard, one LeetCode easy. One dynamic programming question and one two-pointer question. I was only able to solve one, which is really bad. I should have solved all the two-pointer questions.
Took a test and asked questions for more than 20 minutes. Asked a lot of technical questions, including how to cooperate with colleagues and how to communicate with leaders. Took an IQ test.
