A kind of flexible working environment (2 days can work from home). A chance to go to China. Has family days (7 days) added to vacation. You have a chance to work on very large deployments and huge data.
Unstable environment, keep changing targets and groups. Reward is only for final achievement, not for progress. So it is hard to do long projects. For NA workers, there is a lot of night time work.
