QA Manager Interview Experience - Detroit, Michigan
Process
The first round was a phone screen with an HR recruiter to discuss my qualifications, why I am interested in the position, and my belief that I am a good fit.
The next round was a Zoom video call with the Hiring Manager (Director), along with two other colleagues in the Development/Delivery space. The questions were mostly technical.
The third and final interview was with the same Hiring Manager and two of his peers from other business units. This interview included more technical questions, as well as situational and leadership questions.
