There are virtually no pros working with this company, apart from getting money to pay some bills.
Misogynist environment. Racist environment. Homophobic environment. If you are gay, female, and non-white, stay the heck away from this company.
They have a particular dislike for Black gays. This company has got to be the most racist, homophobic, and misogynist in the entire country. I would not advise any non-white person to work in such a KKK-infested community. Worst place to work!
Diversify and get rid of the racist white men and women at the top. There are countless white men, especially, who despise any employee who doesn't look like them. This is an incessant problem within this company. How can a company which professes to be 'inclusive' allow such brazen daily violation of this said policy? White men speak openly about their dislike for women, gays, minorities, foreigners, etc.
It was a very casual on-site interview (they don't usually do on-site, but I got it from a job fair). It felt more like getting to know your vibe than technical, though you don't want to lie on your resume.
It was pretty chill. They asked very basic questions about my resume and what I was doing in my projects. That's about it. It lasted like 20-30 minutes. You can also have multiple interviews, so it's dependent on your manager (your interviewer).
Web video interview with question prompts. About 9 questions, and 1-2 minute video responses for each. Simple questions, and you can retake your response once if you messed up during it.
