Ridiculous. This happened twice. The interviewer seemed to be a techie with very limited communication skills, seeming to read questions from a list. It might as well have been a robot interviewing. The interviewer couldn't clearly explain what they did in a similar/same role.
Very disappointing. The second time, I let the interviewer know I wasn't interested in pursuing it further.
Recently, another interviewer contacted me for a similar senior-level position. I let them know I did not want to go through the same process again.
IMHO, merely reading questions robotically from a list isn't the best way to interview candidates for senior-level positions.
