Great! It ended up taking about 2 months. Although I prepared well, I ended up not getting the role due to not having enough experience.
I currently have 4 years of experience and was interviewing for an L5 role.

They asked me to describe points of conflict between a coworker and me, and further explain why I chose to stand my ground on the decision I made.

Pros: I was remote, but my internship experience was still good. I had a good team, and they communicated well.
Cons: My manager was not very involved or active in my internship experience.
He only met for 1:1s twice a week, but there was no real contact beyond that.

Pros: The pay is high, I guess.
Cons: You will hate the job and yourself in short order. Management is incompetent and constantly changing. Priorities change on a whim and never include operational support. Interaction with other teams is constant fights because all teams have competing priorities with no proper multiteam planning mechanisms. The whole tech stack is a house of cards that is falling apart at the seams as we speak. The company culture will bring out the worst in both you and your teammates.
