During the entire process, Amazon was very thorough with guidance for succeeding during the interview. This included sending meeting invites with virtual meeting links, until the third stage.

That stage is the most intensive, with almost a full workday of interviews. However, the preparation for this was lacking, compared to earlier stages. So, be careful to note which virtual call you need to be connected for this stage.

An area you should be well prepared to answer is the Leadership Principles. The questions and their number vary across interviews and depend on your answers. Be prepared to explain something you failed at and what you learned or how you recovered.
