Pros: Good company to start up your career and learn. If you have good managers, that might help you get promoted quickly.
I would recommend that you apply for positions, as promotion does not come up easily.
Cons: Very hard to get a promotion, so they hire constantly to fill up positions for people quitting the role.
Very low-paying job with high expectations from new employees.
