1. Phone screen - 30-minute conversation with one of the practice's specialists.

2. Work sample - Two weeks to complete technical development and a write-up. If you code outside the AWS environment, allow ample time for debugging and ensuring the code runs on the AWS workspace as designed. Be prepared to tackle ambiguity. Asking your hiring manager questions doesn't hurt, but write down your assumptions and move on.

3. Loop interviews - (1 technical, 4 leadership). Prepare for 5+ days.

Do your research, know the leadership principles well, and have several examples for each in STAR format. You can have notes next to you, but do not use the same examples for multiple interviewers. The technical interview is important but accounts for only 20% of the loop.
