Applied in June and received a call in July for interview scheduling. Only one round of interview was conducted, in which I answered all questions except one. I was selected for a loop interview, and one round was given. I would say the process is very slow, and weekends further extend it.

About Myself and Responsibilities of Previous Role:

• Electrical SLD and Chiller Distribution of the entire facility.
• Difference between Oil and Dry Type Transformers, and why they are specifically used.
• Explain OLTC, why it's on the HT winding, and its parts.
• Difference between ACB, VCB, safeties, and ratings.
• Why DC supply is used for control supply in relays and panels, and its advantage.
• DG and Transformer Annual PM check and procedure.
• UPS parts, working, battery details, parallel operation, and how to check the sequence without a meter.
• Ripple Voltage in UPS systems.

Loop Interview Round 1:

This is a mix of behavioral and technical questions.

• What is a time you made changes to a system and improved operations, and the time needed?
• What is a time you failed to deliver a project on time, and what did you learn from that?
• Did you ever fail to meet a deadline, and what precautions did you take in the meantime to overcome it?
• Tell me about a situation where you disagreed with your manager and how you handled it.
