Online assessment with 15 MySQL general knowledge MCQ questions, followed by two SQL LeetCode-style questions in a HackerRank assessment. Topics included joins, window functions, string manipulation, and regex.
Two hour-long, back-to-back interviews were conducted with two different engineers. Both included leadership principle questions, with example formats such as "Explain a time you were in X scenario and did Y," or "How would you handle X situation on a team?"
One technical coding question per interviewer (SQL/Python LeetCode).
