Process
After applying, I was invited to the final virtual round because I had already worked as a data engineer. It was a 2-part, 45-minute interview.
The first session included a blend of behavioral questions and data modeling/data engineering concepts. The second session focused on more behavioral questions, along with a SQL question and an easy DSA problem.
After the interview, they informed me that I had passed but Amazon could not offer me a job. This was a pretty disappointing and unexpected outcome. If they were not hiring, they should not have conducted the interviews.
