Process
I applied online and interviewed at Amazon in Jan 2022. The process involved 4 rounds: 1 with the recruiter and 3 technical rounds. These rounds included both LP and technical questions. The technical questions were not too difficult.

Amazing learning and growing experience

Pros: Personally, I see my career exponentially growing at Amazon. Amazon encourages continuous learning. Amazon in itself is a job marketplace. Once a part of the firm, you have the liberty to choose your career path. I switched my role from BA to DE. Amazon not only speaks of leadership principles but applies them daily, and that helps you excel.
Cons: Each team/business in Amazon is a company (start-up) in itself. It is fast-paced and always growing. There are days where you need to figure out your own tasks. There is no direction, and you do not get responses on time. To get one answer related to a specific business, you need to juggle a lot across different resources (if you are lucky, your first guess would lead you to the answer).
