The initial interview process was what I would expect from a company like this. Unfortunately, I was not provided accurate information from the recruiter on how to properly prepare, so I was focused on studying information that did not come up in the interview at all. I'm fairly disappointed in the recruiter.

Pros: There are lots of pros. You get to work with the finest minds in the field, company benefits, parties, and stocks (although the vesting period is not good: 5-15-40-40).

Cons: Lengthy work hours, too much bureaucracy, and India Zone doesn't really get the first preference for good projects. Work-life balance is not there at all. Most days, I had to work like 10 to 12 hours a day.
