There were a total of two back-to-back interview rounds. One focused on business judgment (BQ), and the other focused on the technical aspects. The talks were nice, and the interview process was smooth. The interviewers were really great to listen to and share their experiences at Amazon.

Pros: + You are vested with lots of responsibility.
+ Business turnaround is insanely fast; what you do has an impact.
+ You get really good at your job. REALLY good.
Cons: - Work-life balance is atrocious.
- Tends to attract snakelike personalities; you will be on guard here.
- Internal services, while great, don't have the type of support external customers get. It's extremely frustrating.
- Pay is less than other top-tier companies.
