Process
I interviewed for a DE role with a team in the Boston location.
The first round was an HR screening, and I later received an email for the hiring manager round, which was conducted by a senior engineer. It was a good experience.
Unfortunately, I did not make it to the next round of interviews.
Questions
Two behavioral questions about Amazon leadership principles: Goal, Innovation, and going above and beyond. Later, one coding question in Python. It was a pure PySpark-based question handling large-scale data (billions of records) about what I would use and code. I solved it, but my answer was not up to the mark.
