The interview process was a little chaotic. Not only is everything based on their leadership principles, but every single thing must be tied to a number. The five-person, five-hour interview was long. During it, we realized that the position I was interviewing for was no longer offered in the area I was applying for, and I was put on hiatus until they could figure out what to do next.

Unless you like this format of interview, I would avoid it.

Multiple leadership principle-oriented questions. No room for anything else otherwise.
