Pros: Amazon is the most customer-driven company I've ever come across. They truly do strive to make customer service top priority. Innovation and constant improvement are key drivers for Amazon. From what I've seen so far working there, they truly work as a very large, close-knit team.

Cons: It seems a little bit overwhelming at first because of all the different information and training that you have to do, but it is nowhere near as confusing as it seems at first. The senior techs make it a very easy learning process.

Pros: Continuous Learning: Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to expand your knowledge. Clear Hierarchy & Structure: The well-defined hierarchy makes it easy to understand your role and career progression. Room for Growth: There’s always an opportunity to advance within the company for those willing to put in the work.

Cons: Safety Concerns: Rack delivery contractors using end-controlled rider pallet jacks create potential hazards in tight spaces. Navigation Challenges: Limited room to maneuver can make certain tasks more difficult and increase the risk of accidents.

Pros: The pay is good, which accounts for the second star in the rating. However, the rest of the benefits are junk unless you're in management.

Cons: Super micromanagement, which usually makes little to no sense and just creates busy work. This place has the worst management I've ever seen, and it's all based on how much the boss likes you and nothing at all to do with how good a job you do. There is no incentive to do anything but sit on your hands, since the first thing that happens in all situations is that they look for someone to blame, then kneejerk some crazy policy because management has zero idea what people do in their jobs or how things work. No real way to advance in the company.
