Process
Two rounds of technical and behavioral mixed interviews, back to back. The questions were reasonable and included whiteboarding.
However, they did not confirm my interview for the time I picked until the afternoon, so I did not know I was interviewing.

Pros: All team members are willing to help you out.
There's an abundance of helpful information (almost too much sometimes!).
An environment that allows you to pursue your own goals within the company.
Established processes for career growth.
Cons: Currently, Amazon is having layoffs, as are all other big tech companies it seems, which is a bit unnerving to hear about. My team has not been impacted though.
