After submitting an application, I was contacted by a recruiter within a few days. The initial call was very basic, asking about my background and what type of position I was looking for.
The recruiter provided some handouts and information regarding the Leadership Principles. I scheduled a phone interview for a few weeks later, where I met with an engineer.
I was asked some basic questions about my current work and then moved on to a couple of questions from the Amazon Leadership Principles before getting to the technical question. I had prepared LeetCode easy and medium questions based on advice from others, but I received a LeetCode hard question. I was not familiar with topological sort and directed graphs, so I did not do well on the technical question.
