Wifi allowances
Cons: 1. Very high work pressure.
2. Compulsory to be on camera for 9 hours.
3. Very odd shift times.
4. Huge target.
5. Low salary compared to the work.
6. If the target is not met, they will terminate your contract.
7. Very hard workflow.
8. They don't give proper holidays; they give optional holidays which we have to approve from the manager.
9. No proper holidays for Indian festivals.
