Pros: Amazing opportunity to learn and have a real impact in the Amazon systems. You are involved in the development of real projects and have daily interactions with the engineering team, allowing you to learn a lot both from a technical perspective and a soft-skills perspective. Great salary & compensation.
Cons: Amazon can be a stressful and very demanding place to work. You need to be able to set boundaries to maintain a healthy work/life balance during the internship.
