The first part of the selection process consisted of an OA (Online Assessment). You have a little over an hour to complete two Leetcode-style problems; in this case, they were quite simple. Afterward, you had to complete an online section related to behavior and company principles, lasting about two hours. You were presented with a situation and had to simulate how you would act, then answer questions about your behavior. Ultimately, I did not receive an offer, nor did I get any feedback on not proceeding in the selection process, which would have been appreciated after taking the time to complete the first part of the selection process, taking approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
