Process
The interview process consisted of a total of 3 rounds.
The first round was a standard programming challenge on the web. This challenge was not difficult.
The second round was an over-the-phone interview which took about an hour. This was also pretty standard for a software engineer position.
The third round consisted of 4 separate 45-minute interviews (in person and back to back). This was very difficult because programming was done on a whiteboard, and the total process took over 3 hours.
