Mechanical Engineer Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington
Process
The first interview was a recruiter phone screen. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who asked me various questions about the experiences listed on my resume, along with some behavioral and technical questions. The third round of interviews consisted of five separate panel and one-on-one interviews, where various technical and behavioral questions were asked. These were mostly Amazon-type behavioral questions (80%). Ensure every answer ties back to leadership principles and uses the STAR method, without sounding too cheesy.
