Pros: It’s a complete work-from-home job. One has to work only committed hours, no extra hours of work. They provide complete support in terms of systems, like providing a laptop, headphones, and an internet allowance.
Cons: No growth in terms of job and promotion.
They have pay limits for certain roles, so financial gain is also minimal.
Lots of matrices are there to maintain almost on a day-to-day basis, which causes a lot of pressure.
They are always ready to put you on a coaching plan, and the threat of termination is constant.
