The interview process consisted of two one-hour-long phone interviews. I interviewed with two language engineers who worked on adjacent teams.
Both interviews were divided into two 30-minute halves: one spent on behavioral questions (STAR method questions, I believe) and the other on technical linguistics skills (like IPA transcription). The last few minutes were left for questions.
The interviewers are quite neutral, so don't expect a response from them after you say something.
If you applied for a language-specific role, they will ask you questions about your language.
Describe a time when you had to choose between meeting a deadline and upholding strict standards?
