It was a very long interview; I was interviewed by five people.
About three of the interview focused on linguistics knowledge, and the remaining two were behavioral questions (about Leadership Principles).
Questions
Given a syntactically ambiguous sentence, I was asked to explain the ambiguities to people without a linguistics background on a whiteboard.

Pros: Amazing team members.
I was able to learn and grow and learn a lot from them.
Cons: Bad management.
The pay is also really bad, and there are no growth possibilities.
They never reflect on the work that’s being done or give any recognition.
Three people left due to burnout.
