The interview process involved two stages.
The first interview outlined my background and the reasons I pursued this role. It included one leadership question and some basic questions about networking to analyze my technical ability. I suspect complex answers are required to pass the interview for these basic but open-ended questions, such as defining an IP address.
The second interview consisted solely of leadership questions and a scenario involving automation in the Unix environment.
