Amazon has the worst hiring agents. They don't even know what they are doing most of the time. I was given an SDE 2 assessment even though I applied for a New Grad Software Engineer position. They literally transferred me from one agent to another 5 times. In the end, a senior hiring manager had to interfere and let me know that the New Grad SDE positions were closed. Why? Because they wasted my application and made me wait for 3 months. Great job, Amazon!
