Process

4-month process from online test to offer.

  • Online assessment: Work simulation, then an initial screening round with a Senior PM on Chime (40-45 minutes).
    • 3-4 questions on different leadership principles.

Heard back within 4 business days regarding information for the final loop. The loop was delayed due to their peak season. Two months later, the loop was held:

  • 5 interviewers: 3 from the same department, 2 from different departments, including the Senior Regional HR Manager and a Principal Product Manager.

Received positive feedback, but no offer for that specific role. A month later, received an invitation from another team for a call, and then a final call with the hiring manager (50 minutes) the week after, assessing skills and one leadership principle. Finally received the offer the same day.

Questions

Leadership principles. Biggest continuous improvement project. Excel skills test live. Cross-questioning on numbers.
