The interview process begins with an initial email to gather basic questions about your experience and salary requirements.
This is followed by a phone screen with the recruiter, who will review your initial email exchange.
Next, you will have a technical phone screen with an engineer or manager.
Finally, there is a 6-person interview where you spend 1 hour with each person. Amazon principles and the STAR method are key.
