Pros: Pay, keeps you busy, relocation, always a new project, diverse.
Cons: Everyday is day 1, which means nothing ever gets finished. It's unorganized, with minimal teamwork. You must become a salesman or cutthroat to get ahead. Leadership principles are used religiously.

Pros: The pay is high, I guess.
Cons: You will hate the job and yourself in short order. Management is incompetent and constantly changing. Priorities change on a whim and never include operational support. Interaction with other teams is constant fights because all teams have competing priorities with no proper multiteam planning mechanisms. The whole tech stack is a house of cards that is falling apart at the seams as we speak. The company culture will bring out the worst in both you and your teammates.
