The interview process involved five rounds and a total of nine online interviews before the final verdict.

The initial start was with an HR person who contacted me out of the blue. After the initial call, I was interviewed by the hiring manager and had a second call with his supervisor.

From there, I had to complete a technical assignment with a written report. Following that, I participated in five interviews, each with two people, focusing on AWS leadership principles. Finally, an HR person discussed the compensation package. After that call, I was declined with no reason given.

Regarding the leadership principles, I asked for the reason for my rejection, but that was considered internal information.
