A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn.
The first round was a technical phone screen with one easy programming question related to Strings. The rest of the questions were about previous projects. You need to really explain what was the impact and what was your contribution.
After that, there were four rounds of interviews scheduled for two days. All of the questions focused on 14 leadership principles. You need to prepare well for all 14 leadership principles.
Also, make sure to have different case studies from previous projects to show the leadership principles.
I got the offer one month after the initial phone screen.
