Process
I applied online, and the process took four weeks.
I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA).
After receiving an assessment link and passing the assessment, I received a confirmation email about the next stage: a phone screening.
I provided my availability for the phone screening. Three days later, the recruiter emailed to say the time frames were not suitable. I have no idea why interviewers from India were involved with a Seattle position.
Long story short, they kept rescheduling my phone screening week over week for almost four weeks. During my last three weeks of availability, I offered time frames starting at 8:00 AM and ending at 3:00 AM (yes, nighttime).
This week, after following up, I received an email stating the position was already filled, along with some unnecessary smile emojis.
