Pros: L4 Team Managers' lives for them are good.
Cons: Life of L2 (csa) and L3 is hell. Because of a big American company, nobody is there to help. If you are good with management, then only you can survive.
This is like this everywhere, but in some companies, if you are very good at work, then people will think at least he/she is deserving, and after some time, they will get the opportunity. But at Amazon, everything they make computerized and non-transparent.
Team managers cannot even write one-liner emails, but still are there. Don't believe me; please come to the site and check once. Talk to every manager instead of sending a manager by management to show you!! Please take interviews for L3 to L4.
