Cons: 1. Heavy targets are given, and if you fail to reach the daily target, your scorecard depletes. 2. If you mark a question incorrectly, you receive an audit that results in depletion of your score on the scorecard. 3. If your scorecard depletes, your rating decreases, impacting your hikes and promotions. 4. It is a job for anyone, and not necessarily for bachelors or engineers. 5. There is no ATLAS program that helps to acquire technical knowledge for better career progression in that path. 6. Both Hyderabad and Chennai have this role, but Hyderabad is not as professional or well-developed when compared with Chennai. 7. Whatever you suffer, they don't care; they just need the work to be completed and targets to be reached. 8. No leaves are given during optional festivals, Saturdays, Sundays, or mandatory holidays like Republic Day. 9. Shift timings change every month, which disturbs work-life balance a little. 10. In a month, we are supposed to process around 8000 books. If you fail to mark correctly, they will scrutinize you for hours even for a small single mistake. 11. A doctor's prescription is required for even a one-day sick leave.
