I received an interview invitation from an Amazon recruiter. The interview process is structured as follows:
Initially, the recruiter did an excellent job of explaining the interview process and guiding me through the preparation. However, during the "Phone Screening" phase, the experience was disappointing.
The interviewer, who was junior to me, seemed limited in their understanding and focused solely on their own area of knowledge, dismissing other situations and possibilities. This left me feeling confused.
One of Amazon's leadership principles is "Learn and Be Curious." However, I did not sense this principle being applied during the interview, compared to other tier-1 high-tech companies.
My two cents.
