Quality Assurance Engineer II Interview Experience - Madrid, Spain

Process

I had a total of six interviews. Three of these included live coding challenges and behavioral questions related to my experience.

I met with different members of the company, including a bar raiser, team members, the hiring manager, and the interviewer for the first technical round, who assessed my programming level. Questions covered object-oriented programming, problem-solving, testing, and Agile methodologies.

The recruiter was consistently in contact, sending me guides to help me prepare for the interviews.

The whole process took almost two months.

Although I was not selected after reaching the final round of interviews, they at least took the time to provide me with feedback.
