Overall, my interview experience was quite good. The major competencies they focused on were basic-level coding/scripting, where they checked if I could come up with working logic. They also assessed my skills in testing strategy, test planning, test case and test data generation, debugging, and root cause analysis. Most of the interview questions were on leadership principles (LPs), which are very important.
Overall, the interview was 30% technical and 70% behavioral.
LeetCode easy questions are a must.
