Process

The whole interview process was the worst nightmare of my life.

I received an initial screening email from a recruiter. We both agreed to move forward with the interview process. I completed two rounds of interviews, and there was only one final round left. Suddenly, I received an email from the recruiter stating that the position had been filled and they presented me with other open roles (QAE I).

I agreed and again started interviewing with a new team, and I made it through the final round. I received an email stating that they would like to extend an offer to me. Suddenly, I received an email again stating that the role was only for local candidates, and there was no open role now.

At the end, they asked me to apply again from scratch if I found something, even after acknowledging that they would like to extend an offer. Well, no one could handle this kind of joke where you get an offer and suddenly they ask you to apply again.

I must say that I smell a lot of unprofessionalism in the recruiters. They represent the company's face and culture. You can easily figure out how much they respect your time and effort from the above story.
