The interview process lasted for a rigorous three hours, structured into three distinct segments.

• Leadership Principles (LP): This part focused on evaluating my understanding and application of key leadership principles, essential for effective teamwork and decision-making within the company.
• Design and Leadership Principles (Design + LP): In this segment, I was tasked with designing a solution while simultaneously illustrating how my design choices aligned with the organization's leadership principles. This required not only technical skills but also an understanding of how to lead projects effectively.
• Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA): The final portion tested my proficiency in data structures and algorithms, where I solved complex problems and demonstrated my problem-solving abilities.

To prepare for this intensive interview, I diligently practiced coding problems on platforms like LeetCode and NeetCode, ensuring that I was well-versed in the necessary technical skills. Additionally, I reviewed the leadership principles and practiced answering behavioral questions using the STAR method, which emphasizes the Situation, Task, Action, and Result framework to articulate my experiences effectively. Answering behavioral questions in this structured way allowed me to highlight my alignment with the company’s values and demonstrate my leadership capabilities clearly.
