Pros: Competitive pay.
Interesting teams and projects.
If you're in a good team with a good manager, work is amazing.
Cons: Three days in the office, enforcement of ancient technologies in the tooling and infrastructure, taking precious time from productivity. Too many jerks, managers that aren't there to grow teams and create good products but to beef up their careers.
