Second interview:
Given some requests coming, print "blocked" if the connection failed 3 times, else print "connected".

Pros: Good pay. The first couple of weeks of onboarding are easy. People are nice and manage things well for the most part.
Cons: Experiences are heavily team dependent. Full-timers often work past work hours, which influences interns in how much they work as well. Also, the turnover rate is high, which sucks to see if you're an intern, and people who headed projects are frequently leaving.
