Started with the OA, 90 minutes for one easy and one medium question.
Afterwards, a culture check was conducted via an online form. There were some statements presented, and you had two options, "most left" and "most right," from which you were to choose one. This was based on LPs.
Then came an interactive "day at work" simulation. During this, videos were played, and you had to choose dialogue options. You also had to answer emails.
Lastly, two rounds of online interviews were held. The first part was a typical soft skills check. I used STAR to answer questions about my experiences (e.g., resolving conflict, something I'm proud of). The second part involved a LeetCode question and a clean code/refactoring question.
Here is something not typical. I had one regular LC question (DP coin change problem).
But the second task was uncanny.
