Pros: The team was incredibly helpful and encouraging. I had the opportunity to work on real-world projects that helped me improve my coding and problem-solving skills. Regular code reviews and mentorship made the experience very enriching. The work culture was inclusive and collaborative.
Cons: Limited exposure to cross-functional teams.
As an intern, access to some tools and systems was restricted.
Workload varied depending on the project phase.

Pros: Was able to work on some pretty good projects.
Manager and team were very friendly and helpful.
Lots of fun intern events to connect with other teams.
Cons: Collaborating on projects with other teams can be painful given the ownership model. Most of the team does not come to the office even a single day, so it's difficult to form connections within the team. A recession can leave you hanging by a thread, even with great performance reviews.
