Process
The online assessment consists of two parts:
- A technical online coding problem, lasting 70 minutes, at a medium difficulty level.
- A working simulation problem, lasting 4 hours, testing the candidate's understanding of Amazon's Leadership Principles. It is essential to understand their LPs very well.

An environment that allows you to pursue your own goals within the company.
Established processes for career growth.
Cons: Currently, Amazon is having layoffs, as are all other big tech companies it seems, which is a bit unnerving to hear about. My team has not been impacted though.
