Pros: Nice pay and a good team of highly talented people.

Cons: Worst management ever. Unrealistic expectations, mind games, mental and emotional abuse, in addition to manipulation. They talk sweet with you as long as they need you. Once they are done with you, they offer you Pivot and make it sound as if it was your fault. Amazon’s use of Pivot should be made illegal, as they formulate it as if you have a choice to stay under a performance improvement plan (to be fired later with no severance) or leave immediately with severance. This is just to avoid paying unemployment. If you are a high-level developer, they don’t give you an annual increase as they claim their stock is doing great. But guess what? They will fire you before your stocks get vested and mark you ineligible for rehire. They screw your career so bad that all the benefits won’t make up for it.

Pros: Level 4 and above get a share package. I worked with a few decent engineers.

Cons: Worst management I have ever worked with. Some absolutely astonishing stupidity for adults meant to be leading a team of engineers. I cannot fathom how these people get out of bed and dress themselves. A great majority of the engineers are also definitely not engineers. I probably worked with 3 decent ones out of a great many over the 2 years I was there.

Pros: Buenas condiciones de trabajo y conciliación.
