I was contacted by a recruiter and then spoke with a data scientist for a technical interview.

Following that, I was invited for a half-day STAR behavioral interview. However, the half-day interview process was so mixed, I almost walked out of the last, most dreadful interview.

The manager laid out how the interviews would go and what content would be discussed, but there were several major discrepancies.

RUN AWAY FROM AWS PROSERVE!

Their interview process is so bizarre and arbitrary; your time would be better spent elsewhere. And, the prize for making it through the process is a notoriously terrible burnout environment.

They also forgot to have me sign a confidentiality waiver, so I will update with more details later.
